Holly Whitlock has a degree in mathematics from Oxford University, and qualified as a UK and European Patent Attorney in 1995.
Holly has a wide range of experience in patent matters, but especially enjoys inventions with mathematical content, such as signal processing, image processing, coding and classification.
A large proportion of her professional work relates to handling patent issues for a number of significant direct clients located around the world, including the United States, Japan, the U.K. and elsewhere in Europe. This involves drafting and worldwide prosecution of patent applications, and related matters, such as prior art and infringement advice, and competitor analysis.
