Stephen James spoke at the ITMA Autumn Conference held in Amsterdam in September 2002. The subject of his talk was OHIM’s approach to unregistered trade mark rights.

Tim Pendered spoke at a Management Forum Conference held in London in December 2002. Tim spoke on the Community Design Regulation that will be introduced on 1st April this year.

Well Known Mark
